4. Edit or Revoke an Asset

A guide on how to edit or revoke data and services in AgrospAI.

Edit a Dataset or Algorithm​

To edit an asset already published in the AgrospAI portal, we first need to access our profile. In the top right corner of the page, you will find the user menu; hover over it and select the "View Profile" option.

Once inside the profile, a list of all your published assets will be displayed, including datasets as well as data processing services or algorithms. Find the asset you wish to modify and click on it to access its detail page.

Make sure you are connected to the same network (e.g., Pontus-X Testnet) where the asset you want to edit was published.

In the bottom right corner of the asset page, usually below the area where it can be purchased, you will find the "Edit Resource" button. Click it to access the asset's editing panel.

For datasets, you can make two main modifications:

  1. Edit metadata: You can modify all the information predefined when publishing the asset, including: title, description, price, files, sample files, access time...

  2. Edit compute configuration: From this section, you can select or update the algorithms that can be executed on your dataset. This allows you to control which services or models can access the dataset for analysis or processing tasks.

For algorithms or services, only metadata editing will be available.

Once you have made the corresponding changes, click the "Submit" button to save the modifications. Later, the changes will be automatically reflected in the portal.

Revoke a Dataset or Algorithm​

To revoke an asset, you must access the asset's own editing panel. If you do not remember how to get there, refer to the previous section Edit a Dataset or Algorithm.

Enter the asset's editing panel and, after the metadata editing section, we proceed as follows:

  1. Find the "Asset Status" field, which currently displays the value "Active".
  2. Open the corresponding dropdown menu and select the "Publisher Revoked" option.
  3. Check that the remaining fields remain correct.
  4. Click the "Submit" button to save the changes and apply the revocation.

After completing these steps, the asset will be revoked, meaning it will no longer be available for purchase or execution in the marketplace.

Can it be restored? If you wish to reactivate the asset in the future, simply repeat the process above, changing the status from "Publisher Revoked" to "Active", and then click "Submit" again to save.

Access and Usage Policies​

To change the access and usage policies, that is, to select which users can use your asset and on which algorithms it can be executed, you must access the asset's own editing panel. If you do not remember how to get there, refer to the previous section Edit a Dataset or Algorithm.

In the editing panel, we can define the list of users allowed or denied to use our asset, as shown in Figure 12, just as we did when publishing.

In addition to the users who can use it, if our asset is a dataset with "compute" consumption, we can also define the algorithms that can be executed. In the same editing panel, we can go to the "EDIT COMPUTE SETTINGS" section and select the algorithms individually there, as shown in Figure 13.
