This use case explores how agriculture cooperatives like Fruits de Ponent can integrate and share the amount of soil tests they have accumulated and extract new value from them. These tests are accumulated over the years as PDF documents featuring different formats and collections of metrics. The use case will apply different data processing services based on Generative AI to extract and integrate test data from different PDF reports. These services will be based on local GenAI models to guarantee that personal and sensible data in those reports remains under the control of its owners.
