The terms and conditions of the Data Spaces Kit program are now published!

The Data Spaces Kit program, promoted by the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Service and the State Secretariat for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence, aims to finance the costs incurred by data space participants in the process of effectively joining these data spaces.

To this end, an investment of €60 million has been allocated, which translates into grants of up to €30,000 per entity (€50,000 for Public Administrations) to cover the costs associated with their membership.

AgrospAI is a sector-specific data space eligible for the Data Spaces Kit program. Therefore, through AgrospAI, it is possible to obtain the Certificate of Incorporation, which is essential to access the Kit program grants.
