Breakfast4Inno - Bioeconomy and Innovation

Yesterday we had the pleasure of attending hashtag#Breakfast4Inno, where the theme of the day was the processing of by-products and waste with technologies based on insects and microalgae.

A day full of learning and inspiration in which we were able to listen to great experts in the sector:

🔹 Antonio Cruz Bañeres (Project Manager at BioHubCat: the Bioeconomy Hub of Catalonia)

🔹 Marcos Alberto Fernandes (CEO of CHLYDRO)

🔹 Alex Segura Planas (CEO of Dapibus)

💡 We were left with a key reflection from Antonio Cruz:

✅ "With bioeconomy projects, waste must disappear. A process that generates waste is an inefficient process.”

In addition, Marcos Alberto Fernandes and Alex Segura showed us real cases of pilot plants on an industrial scale where they apply these technologies.
