Yesterday we had the pleasure of attending hashtag#Breakfast4Inno, where the day's theme was the processing of by-products and waste with technologies based on insects and microalgae.

A day full of learning and inspiration where we had the opportunity to listen to great experts from the sector:

🔹 Marcos Alberto Fernandes (CEO of CHLYDRO)

🔹 Alex Segura Planas (CEO of Dapibus)

💡 We take away a key reflection from Antonio Cruz:

✅ "With bioeconomy projects, waste must disappear. A process that generates waste is an inefficient process."

Furthermore, Marcos Alberto Fernandes and Alex Segura showed us real cases of industrial-scale pilot plants where these technologies are applied.
