This use case explores how agricultural cooperatives like Fruits de Ponent can integrate and share the amount of soil analyses they have accumulated and extract new value from them. These analyses accumulate over the years as PDF documents with different formats and collections of metrics. The use case will apply different data processing services based on Generative Artificial Intelligence to extract and integrate analysis data from different PDF reports.
